Retirement Ceremony and Award

Guidelines and Criteria:

  • Minimum of 10 years employment with Repsol Services Company
  • Private pre-ceremony/presentation with immediate department and family - organized by administrative assistant.
  • "Come and say Farewell" to follow pre-ceremony/presentation above.  Room and all arrangements to be managed by administrative assistant with Manager’s approval and working with P&O Business Partner.
  • Agenda for pre-ceremony, if any, and ceremony above - coordinated and prepared by administrative assistant. Agenda - prepared by administrative assistant.
  • Framed certificate signed by department colleagues and directors - ordered by P&O and signatured coordinated by administrative assistant.
  • Retirement gift option (chosen by retiree from recognition site).
  • Retirement communication on digital boards - P&O.
