Wellness Award Program
Guidelines and Criteria:
Purpose
The Wellness
Award is presented to an employee who makes time and effort to dedicate to
their well-being.
Award
The
employee will receive a thank you email and select a gift option from the
recognition awards site, Wellness Awards. The employee will be mentioned on the
Communications channels as a recipient of the award.
Criteria for Nomination/Selection
- Must be a
regular full-time employee who has been employed for 90 days. No directors
can be selected.
- Employee must
not have any poor performance indicators in job history spanning back one
(1) year. Employee must not have any active disciplinary action pending.
Types of Accomplishments
The
following are some examples of individual accomplishments worthy of a
nomination for a Wellness Award.
- Leading by
example to positively change to Wellness.
- Participating
and being winners of the Wellness Challenges launched by P&O.
- Being wellness
ambassadors and influencing others to engage in wellness activities.
- Made a
remarkable contribution to the well-being of other employees.
